Training
Basic training every Thursday from September 12 to June 2025
We start the first couple of Thursdays with basic training to loosen up the body and connect with all the little muscles and joints we didn't realize we had
Then we go more in-depth with the areas of the body that age first - such as the hips and sternum/upper back. Here the training becomes more intense and also starts to build strength.
You sign up for a month at a time and renew for as long as you want. But the idea is that you come every Thursday of the month you have signed up for.
During the fall, I weave in more and more themes. For example. we will spend 30 minutes of the 120 minutes on Wim Hof Method breathing.
To summarize: It takes a bit of commitment, but you get a lot in return. You should preferably be able to come every Thursday so that you can develop. But if you can't come once, that's ok. Then you are welcome to give your place to a friend or colleague, but the payment for the month will be the same.
If you can only come more sporadically, it is also possible. Here the price is a bit more expensive, and please check with me if there is room in the class.
- Each session lasts 2 hours, with a short break in between. (17:15 - 19:15)
- Participation requires reasonable physical and mental fitness.
- The price is DKK 150 per session, i.e. DKK 600 per month
Single sessions cost DKK 200 per session. - You will need elastic pants and two t-shirts in a sweat-wicking material. We train without shoes and we also provide training mats and whatever else is needed.
If there are active herniated discs, worn knees, etc. we need to have a phone conversation first. You may be able to join us anyway. But I need to know in advance - also if you suffer from panic attacks or are on medication.
