Qigong master Pragata returns in November

Hello dear friends from Denmark,

I confirm that I will be coming back to Copenhagen at the beginning of November to teach two Qigong classes, learning how to consciously tap into the infinite cosmic energy and dynamize the flow of vital energy in all the systems of the body mind spirit organism, thus restoring and maintaining harmonious functioning on all levels of being.

  • Level 1 course will be for new comers and students who want to repeat what they have learnedt and let it sink in deeper.
    I will teach and lead the practice of the first 6 Lohan Hands, the most highly respected forms that were taught by Bodhidharma, the first Zen patriarch in the 6th century AD, for health, vitality and serenity.

  • Level 2 course will be for students who have already learned the first 6 forms and want to go deeper into the Art.
    I will teach the next 6 Lohan Hands, expanding the knowledge and the practice to new levels, opening new pathways of Energy, diving into a deeper and more precise knowing and experiencing of this great Art of Energy.

Everyone is welcome, from absolute beginner to seasoned practitioner in any meditative Art, from tetraplegic to high level athlete.
At the end of either courses , you will be equipped to practice efficiently on your own, giving you the full benefit of high level Qigong, on the physical, emotional and mental level.

Literally, Qigong means the Art of Energy, Qi meaning Energy, and gong meaning the art of the work.

Qigong is about connecting with the life force, with the energy that pervades the whole universe, what makes life alive, and what animates the whole manifestation including us human beings.

The Art of Energy is about acknowledging, connecting, and finding a way to enhance the flow of the life force within, with the intention to harmonize and heal all the different systems that sustain life on all levels, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

To achieve this, we use a combination of 3 different elements that function in synergy: 1. Specific movements in space, 2. A particular breathing pattern 3. most importantly a quality of presence while performing the movement and breathing in this particular way.

It is a meditation in movement, with exceptional benefits on all levels, rejuvenating, healing, and accessing a heightened state of consciousness. In this course, you will be introduced to the first 6 Forms of a very highly respected sequence called the 18 Lohan Hands, forms that were taught by Bodhidharma, the first Zen patriarch, to the Shaolin monks in the 6th century AD.

At the end of the course, you will have acquired the skills to practice efficiently on your own, and given yourself a uniquely effective and enjoyable tool for achieving true well-being: healthy, alive, vibrant body at any age, emotional balance, and mental clarity.
