2. prices

At Balance2Perform, all prices are quoted in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without notice or prior consent. Reservations are made for errors in our information and sold-out items.

3. Payment

Balance2Perform accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, MobilePay or bank transfer. Payment is made via an encrypted and secure connection and will be deducted from your account at the earliest when the item is shipped. We do not charge a fee for handling your payment, regardless of how you pay. The payment details are only used for the payment and we do not store them.

4. Delivery

Balance2Perform strives to ship orders received by 12 noon on weekdays on the same day and orders received after 12 noon on the following weekday. However, in some cases, it may take up to 3 working days before the goods are dispatched. You will be kept informed about the processing of your order by email.

We send mail to all of Denmark. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when you place your order. You will receive a price for the item and shipping when you order the item. Your goods are generally sent by Post Nord or GLS, but we reserve the right to use other providers.

If there is no space at the delivery point, the parcel will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be informed of. If there are problems with the shipment, please contact the carrier's customer service in the first instance. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us.

Some goods are subject to special delivery conditions. In this case, the conditions will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of the goods.

5. right of complaint

You have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act when you buy physical goods from us. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired or replaced, a refund or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. Balance2Perform will cover the return costs if the complaint is justified. In this connection, remember to keep the receipt for shipment and pack the item securely.

When you want to make use of your right of complaint, we ask you to provide as precise and detailed information as you can about the nature of the defect in the product.

For returns, complaints and exercise of the right of withdrawal, please send the product to the address given at the top of the terms and conditions. Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

The 2-year right of complaint does not apply to our courses and other services. If you are dissatisfied with a service such as a course or event, please contact us directly, either by phone or by email (see contact info at the top of the page).

6. Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day money-back guarantee on goods purchased in our webshop.

The period starts from the day on which you:
- Receive the order.
- Take physical possession of the last item in the case of a contract for the supply of several different goods ordered in a single order but delivered individually or in batches. - Takes physical possession of the last lot or part in the case of a contract for the supply of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
- Takes physical possession of the first good in the case of a regular supply of goods over a certain period of time.

Cancellation must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase. The notification must be given by email to info@balance2perform.com. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot cancel by refusing to accept the goods unless you also clearly notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Returning an item
If you wish to return the goods to us, you must fill in the enclosed returns form and send the goods to the address given at the top of the terms and conditions on this page. You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that they are properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The return process will be faster if you also fill in and attach our withdrawal form. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we receive them back. We do not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery.

Condition of the goods on return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them in a physical shop.

If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the product when we receive it in connection with the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal

- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods which by their nature are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Goods where the seal has been broken.
- Non-financial services provided, such as courses, workshops, training modules and the like, where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ends when the service is fully performed.
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, where the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, excluding subscription contracts for such publications.
- Goods which deteriorate or become out of date rapidly.

7. Reimbursement

If you regret your purchase of a physical product, you will of course get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of having returned them by then.

If you purchase courses, workshops or any of our other services, we consider half of your payment as a deposit, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation. If you cancel at least 30 days before the start of the course, you will receive a refund of 80% of the purchase amount after deduction of the deposit. If you cancel later than 30 days but at least 10 days before the start of the course, you will receive a refund of 50% of the purchase price after deduction of the deposit. If you cancel less than 10 days before the start of the course or similar service, you will not receive a refund. If you wish to cancel, you must do so by writing to info@balance2perform.com

We reserve the right to cancel if there are not so many participants that we believe we can start a class. When it is Balance2Perform that cancels, the entire amount paid will of course be refunded.

If you have received a volume discount and you subsequently cancel part of the purchase, whereby the condition for obtaining the volume discount is no longer met, you are not entitled to the discount and we may set it off against the amount we refund.
If you have bought several items and you only cancel part of your purchase, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping costs.
