B2P treatment
A B2P treatment begins with the therapist identifying how you need to be treated to experience an improvement or strengthening of body and mind.
When you come for a B2P treatment, the therapist asks how you feel and feels with his hands and intuition.
The connections between body parts, organs and mind play a central role in B2P body therapy, so you may find that the therapist focuses on - and asks about - several different places on the body during each treatment.
The right pressure on your stomach, for example, can relieve anxiety, while treating one side of your back can relieve pain on its other side. Thus, interconnections exist across our body and psyche.
Our therapists know the connections - and use their knowledge to relax your body and create an energetic flow through it where you need it.
In B2P body therapy, we place great emphasis on the psychological aspects of physical injuries and symptoms, and our holistic approach means we take the broadest possible approach to your health and well-being.
B2P therapy reduces tension but also strengthens your circulation. You can expect a good effect from treatment if, for example, you are suffering from inflammation or discomfort due to swollen joints.
After a treatment, you will often feel exhausted because you have got rid of negative energies and released tensions that have been causing you problems. However, fatigue can also be caused by emotional reactions to the treatment. This is perfectly normal.
A single treatment can make a significant difference. But often you will experience greater benefits over several treatments, both physically and emotionally.
Treatment techniques therefore include a combination of:
- Conversation
- Breathing guide
- Massage
- Pulsation
- Acupressure
Events - Courses - Training - Lectures
We gather for activities that cultivate the whole person and develop the professional body therapist.
