Henrik Kulla's biography

Teacher and body therapist, Henrik Kullas

is 48 years old, father of two girls and self-employed body therapist.

On his journey into the world of body therapy, Henrik has worked with a lot of interesting people. He has helped companies with their employees, participated in several gatherings and championships with athletes from Danish Deaf Sports and been a regular therapist at a super league football club. But most of all, he has seen several profound transformations in people of all ages at his own clinic.

At Balance2Perform you will meet Henrik as a teacher and therapist, but also as part of the administration.

Henrik treats both acute problems and chronic pain, and he is convinced that with small adjustments in people we can create a lasting change for the benefit of them and their everyday life. He looks behind the defence mechanisms and helps those he treats to form a new consciousness where they can let go pain, stress and old beliefs. He seeks to create a new foundation for their way of life, including diet, sleep and how they deal with their own shadow sides.

Henrik is driven by a curiosity about people, how we live, and the impact our lifestyle has on the body and psyche. He often puts himself on the bench to learn through his own body what is happening in his clients. In addition, he is constantly updating his theoretical knowledge and following developments in body therapy.
