FREE INTUITION TRAINING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 10-15.
Intuition training is a valuable resource for all young people, whether they experience challenges in everyday life or simply want to strengthen their self-understanding and decision-making. At Balance2perform, we offer a day of body and intuition training where young people learn effective techniques to help them build a strong and positive state of mind.
On this day, young people aged 10-15 years old will learn a combination of breathing exercises, intuition training and mental activities to help them feel their body and emotions. They will be given concrete tools to understand and trust their own intuition - something that all young people can benefit from in their daily lives.
The day is a taste of a permanent program that we will start in 2025. Here, young people can go for intuition training and personal development - the same way they would go for scouting, football or coding.
Theexercises we work with are designed to help young people build stronger intuition, handle everyday challenges and create greater self-acceptance. They gain better focus, more energy and become more productive in both schoolwork and extracurricular activities.
The exercises also help reduce physical tension in the body, leaving more room for focus and mental energy - a benefit for all young people who want to feel better both physically and mentally.
DAILY PROGRAM.
We start with light exercises to loosen up the body so that young people feel relaxed and comfortable in a new environment with people.
INTRODUCTION AND OPEN CONVERSATION.
A short introduction to the day's program and a fun icebreaker for participants to get to know each other.
BREATHING EXERCISES.
Young people learn simple techniques like deep breathing that help reduce stress and calm the body.
BODY TREATMENT.
Through stretching exercises and self-massage of hands, shoulders and face, young people learn to feel their body and release tension.
REFLECTION AND GROUP CONVERSATION.
The day ends with an open conversation where young people can share their experiences, reflect on what they have learned and get inspiration for how they can use techniques in their everyday lives.
